Hi bro if you eat normal and just increse your protein you WILL add muscle
and i find it better that way as you will keep the fat levels down...JMO...

You need to increase your caloric and intake to grow muscles. It takes energy (and protien) to grow.
If you don't have enough calories, you limit your growth. If you have too many calories, you stat to gain fat. The trick is to find the right amount to eat so that you don't limit growth and dont gain too much fat.
Most people prefer to not limit growth on a bulking cycle and eat an excess of calories, thus gaining some fat, then post-cycle they diet to lose the fat.

So if i just eat like 30grams protein atleast every meal, 5times day. cant remeber but something like 2grams of protein in every kilo u weight is a good portion of protein a day.
so if i weight 70kilos x 2 = 140grams of protein. so 5 meals x 30grams of protein = 150grams of protein.
correct me if iam wrong.
man how do i get like 30grams of protein in every meal in a 425g-NET can of "paramount flaked tuna pure skipjack" is 22grams of protein per a 100grams of tuna.
so 400grams of tuna is 88grams of protein and the left is about 5grams of preotin. so all together in a 425g-net of tuna is only about 90grams of protein!!!
and isnt tuna the most protein packed food?
I wonder if water in the tuna can, sucks out the protein and nutruits. I might as well drink the water incase. lol
What are some ways to eat a can of tuna? without closing ur eyes and nose and sticking it down your mouth?
what other foods have high ton of protein in it?

Speaking generally, in order to gain weight (including muscle)
you need to consume MORE calories than you expend (use).
This needs to occur to get fatter or more muscular, or both.
Eat more than you expend, and you'll grow. Now, will it be fat
or muscle? Well, that's another question entirely.

Tuna's not magic, there are lots of good sources of protien: any lean meat (beef, pork, chicken), fish, egg whites A(not yolks, too much fat & cholesterol), milk, yogurt, tofu--the list goes on.
A chicken breast has 34 grams of protien. A big steak will have more. Eat variety, it helps keep eating intersting; if you limit yourself to tuna only, you start to gag at the smell pretty soon!
And it's not only the above foods that have protien: rice, potatoes, whole grains all have SOME protien which adds to your total daily intake.
Quick snacks to boost protien intake: protien shakes, yogurt, low-fat milk, hard-boiled egg whites.
Write down what you eat every day and try to calculate out how many calories and how much protein you really eat every day.
You might want to even up the quantity of protien per mean to soemthing like 40+ grams a meal 5 times a day; eating a little more protien is easy, but eating more meals can be hard...

This brings me to my favorite phrase below!

a regular can of 6 oz tunafish has 40 grams of protein the label on tunafish is naively labeled " well this is what i seen in flexmagazine " eat a lot of tuna and get optimum whey protein drink it with milk both are cheap protein sources....but if your bulking tunafish isn't really a good choice eat BEEF chicken etc don't be scared to gain some fat while bulking...if you think of getting fat your never gonna eat enough calories because your scared of gaining weight..i hate it too thats why i only bulk up during the fall and winter....you can always lose the fat later on.....

v you making this harder than it is bro
eat 1 gram of protein per lb you want to weigh
example---i weigh 242 now i want to be 260 so up protein to at least 260 grams per day--then when i cut for goal of 240 lean still keep protein up and drop carbs
get a good whey protein drink and do it 3x per day along with 3-4 meals and you will grow
