What Type of Lift Is This
I seen this 257 pound dude doing this thing with the squat rack. He lays 2 bench bars on the ground and pushs them to the back of the squat rack and then he put 3 plates on each in the front. then lifts both up sorta like a dead lift and goes back down. I don't know if this explains it well, but what is this called and is it a stupid workout?

Looks like that to a degree, but maybe he did that to acheive more weight and look cool? Hahaha it was interesting to watch him do this.

sounds kinda like an improvised T-bar Row. Is he using his back or legs to lift the weight?

Hmm I am sure back, I forgot what he exactly did but only how he set it up. The bench bars were on his sides and I think he used his legs at first to get it up into the air, but I kinda forgot I guess I will ask him.

This kinda of sounds like an improvised Strongman Competition movement like where they grab two handles like a wheelbarrel and deadlift a car, Rocks or whatever. This is the only thing I can think of.
