Whats the name of that Cardio ---30/100/30??? something...
Got my bodyfat tested today and the trainer was telling me about something I think I'd already read here.
In a nutshel---it {while doing whatever form of cardio, ie: bike, treadmill...} looks like this:
---------------------------------------------
1 min normal pace
30 seconds max output
1 min normal pace.
Repeat.
Repeat.
-----------------------------------------------
This is a formula that has a name. Sounds realllly interesting.
Anybody know the name of this routine?

HIIT (High intensity interval training) I believe that is what you are referring to. Check out the thread about sprinting, it looks pretty sweet
