    Resting habits

I'm 21 and I want to get big and focus on lifting heavy. I workout 6 day's a week with one day off sbut i want to know if I can train 2 times a day without juicing and still have enough recovery time inbetween my workout days. Or should I just lift 5 times a week and rest for two days? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Personally I think you are better off working out only four days a week.

Like Mon Tues and Thurs Fri

I serious;y think you are overtraining on six days a week.

The strongest guys on earth at westside barbell workout 4 days a week...so, no, you will get stronger. The westside routine is MON, WED, FRI and SUN.

No matter what type of routine you do (powerlifting or bodybuilding), you should go with a 4 day split...esp since you say you want to focus on "lifting heavy." A routine that focuses on lifting really heavy requires more recovery tmie than a high volume routine.

Last question, im 21 and i'm 6'3 at 212lbs. I want to get to at least 230 before I go unatural but if i want big gains do i need cardio or don't do any at all? At the moment, I'm lean and cut but I don't want to bulk up with fat and then have to cut down. Is it possible to put on lean mass up to my weight goals? should I do cardio 3 times a weeks for 30mins and not lose muscle while trying to gain?

The only cardio i gets is when i screw my girl(everyday)......But then again thats all the workout she needs............ But seriously cardio isnt too important on my account when bulkin....Just keep a CLEAN diet.....

Diet is the main ingredient of all time.....

I dunno what that 5x is about...you only need to lift 4 days out of the week Chest, Bi's/Tri's, Back/Shoulders, Legs...on the other 3 do some cardio just to keep yourself in good shape. Even though the muscle fiber types you work out are anaerobically based energy wise, running a few times a week will help your recovery between sets a bit. Since you don't want to cut or anything, running even just 15 minutes 3 times a week would be fine.
