    Post Bulking up my legs

I want to get bigger legs, but don't want to do so much cardio because I don't want to lose weight. I want to put on at least 15-20 pounds of bulk. My legs are strong for my size, being 6 ft 165 pounds, but I want to get bigger calves. I feel that my legs are too skinny for my taste. On legs day, this is my workout.

    Squats 6 sets 12 reps
Leg presses 5 sets 8-12 reps
Leg extensions 5 sets 12 reps
    Calves raises(sitdown) 5 sets 10-12 reps

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why do calf raises every other day? Why not just blow the hell outta of them & let them recover the time they need? Sounds better my way.....Any one else......Im curious myself...

The bottom line is you need to step up the weight. More weight means [B]Bigger Muscle.

I meant that u should just blow ur legs(& calves) to hell & back..... not prolong just one muscle over the week.........

if you want to bulk up your legs you need to go with about 16 total sets of leg exercises an ex. would be like this

2x warm up leg press light 20-25 reps
squats 4 sets 6-8 reps heavy
leg extensions 4 sets 6-8 reps heavy
leg curls 4 sets 6-8 reps heavy
leg press or hack squat 4 sets 6-8 reps heavy

to gain size low reps high weight is the rule of thumb

as for calves i would do
5 sets 15-20 reps mildly heavy
    alternated with every other week
    5 sets 10-12 heavy weight

    just my opinion

Squat Squat Squat....I prefer high reps for my squat similar to the DC method.

I usually do 15-20 reps rest pause then go for another 10+ ..Works like a beaut! Focus on heavy movement forget curls etc IMO.
