New Split...what do you guys think?
Sunday- Back/Shoulders
Monday- Legs/Bi's
Tuesday- Cardio
Wednesday- Chest
Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Tri's/Abs
Saturday- Cardio
I am going to train every body part once a week. My old routine trained every part twice a week. Did it for a while and need something different.
Old routine:
day 1 - chest/delts
Day 2 - back/tri's
Day 3 - legs/bi's
Day 4 - off
Repeat

it looks good, i think your prev. split could have been overtraining. I would suggest though adding in some traps and calves exercises though.....perhaps on a seperate day

Yea I have been a slave to the more is better so I have been doing that workout for a while. I am stagnat now. I do calves w/legs and traps with shoulders. I should get out of the gym sooner and since I now have an extra day for cardio so I don't have to do it post workout. Hopefully I will cut soon and can do my cycle. Just 12-16lbs to go.
