    Cardio or Lifting

Ok Im not sure if this question comes up much but Im just looking for a quick answer and maybe a short explanation

    Im 23 years old, 5'11 and 195lbs

Im not fat by any means but I probably could afford to lose 10-15lbs max

I have DNP and a bottle of test-E at 250mg/ml

I have used both with care and planning before etc...

I want to lose weight and gain some strength/size

my diet is getting in check better then it was before

I have added cardio for 1 hour every morning

would it be advantageous for me to lose the weight first, cardio/running add DNP etc. and then use the test-E for size gains after or vice versa?

Im trying to get this done prior to June or so

    thanks guys

    Carl

thank you for the fast response

now this is not doubting you in anyway, but just so I know for myself and experience, what is the reasoning behind that?

is it because once you have more muscle, it would be easier to rid of fat?

    thank you

    Carl

Because you cant do both at the same time. Anytime you put on muscle, your going to put on some fat even if just a small amount. This is why it makes sense to bulk first. Add more muscle and a little more fat, than strip the fat away. Look at it like this, when a sculpter, sculps something, what does he do first? He sculpts the basic shape/base, then he carves out the details. Good luck.

thank you that was a great analogy

I wasnt worried about doing both, but I was worried about losing the new gains when I did go to drop the fat

    thank you
