    am i on the right track?

    i understand i need cardio to cut.just coming off cycle. 5-11 ,235 20% bf my upper body and legs look pretty good and tight.the 20% seems to be in my mid section. chest shoulders legs all big and cut pretty good. im off work right now cause of weather so when i wake up straight to the gym on empty stomach for about an hour (cardio). then post wo meal etc.in the evening back to the gym for lifting for at least an hour or more. need to lose this belly!can you guys help me out in the right direction. turtle belly runs in the family. oh yeah 29 yrs old if that helps.

    oh yeah thanks doc on the suggetion on my shoulder rip few weaks ago. feelin great didnt lose any size or power.

    the way youare eating is a mistake, you need to eat something every2 - 3hours to keep your metabolism going otherwise it will become stagnant, than when you do eat you are prone to over eat form starving all day..

    im sorry i wasnt clear on that i eat 5 times a day.i was just saying i do eat a post wo meal too. after cardio and lifting.dont want to lose muscle.

    all you can do is cardio, clen , and diet
