Working Out At Night Time? Good Or Bad?
I only have time to work out at night time after college. I work from 8-5 and attend college 6-9. Is this why I don't see no results? anyone thanks

hard to lift that late, your test levels are at there highest in the morning. but if it is the only time you can lift that is what you have to do, i know alot of people who lift at night that still have huge gains, your program is probably the problem

Ok bro. Check it.
My goal is to have big arms, nice shoulders, nice stomach (6 pck) and make girls take another look while passing by. I am not ugly bu I need a good body too. I wan to be able to take my shirt off at the beach and be a little more than just average look. Show me how to achieve my goal. I was thinking about using winstrol because it supposed to help but I want some advice from experience. thanksLast edited by d2000honda; 03-09-2006 at 04:17 PM.

i really like lifting at night- i always have more energy then. i would say the problem is probably in your diet.

I ALWAYS lift at night, I agree with what the others said, its your routine or diet. I ant stand morning workouts, plus that is when I do my cardio. So I personally like to get all my ish done for the day and have like 4 meals b4 I get to the gym.

Hardest thing about late workouts is getting in your pwo, ppwo and next meal before bed. If you're that concerned then go to sleep a bit earlier and wake up and workout before work.
I agree, I also think you aren't consuming enough calories for growth, but it could be a few others factors as well, like not getting enough rest or not having much training intensity.

i would suggest doing a few weeks of BIG COMPOUND MOVEMENTS e.g: Deadlifts, Squats, Rows, Pulldowns, Bench, Shoulder Presses, Close Grip Bench, And do cardio a couple days a week. This will get you started well and while you're doing it you can read up about various training techniques ( there is a sticky on thsi forum called just that), and pick one and then take off. Good luck bro!
