    Arms 1 Inch Bigger In One Day?

    i was reading an old issue of muscle and fitness april 04. has an arm routine that you do once an hour for 5 hours.. says you will gain an inch in one night and keep 3/4 of it if keep normal workouts? any one tried something like this? is it bull shit? what do you guys think?

    i think im gonna try it tomorrow. at the end of bulking cycle might as well try it.any one else??

    standing barbell curls 3 sets 8 rep
    super set with
    seated two hand overhead dumb bell
    3 sets of 8
    seated alt dumb bell curl 2 sets of12
    super set with
    two arm dumb bell kick back2 set of 12
    crazy sixes barbell curls 1 set of6
    super set with
    crazy sixes lying barbell french press
    1 set of 6
    should take about 40 minutes
    repeat every hour for 5
    hours
    eat your five or six meals. says make sure not to heavy or light
    etc etc...

    yep im sure that will work

    i remember reading that article too, i think i bought the magazine cuz of it and was all excited then it didnt work.

    I wanna try it but I dont even know what half that stuff means/is......
