Your views on my new workout

    Hi, I've included my new workout, 3 days a week (Sessions 1, 2 & 3).
Please could you give me your views on what would best be added or removed.
I would like to get Normal Deadlifts in there somewhere or maybe swap the Stiff Legged deads for normal ones?

    Thanks,

    Dizzle

i dont like the first day, hitting too much delts and tri's and not enough chest IMO but to each his own

i like normal dead lifts rather than stiff leg, i would suggest doing regular deads on your back day
i would also suggest doing flat bench
other than that it looks like a solid routine

    Thanks,

No problem bro I think this would be a good routine if you lift heavy .Alot of good bros around here can chime in also .If you dont lift heavy I would change things around a bit .But you need to recover ..Peace AC

when i was doing the chest/shoulder tri split it looked like this

    Flat bench

    incline db press

    incline flye

    upright rows

    dips

i hit rear delts with chest, but i personally like to seperate chest and shoulders now..my new split in case you were intrested is

    chest, bi's
    legs
    off
    shoulders/tri's
    back/trap
    off

i really like this split so far
