training five days verses 3 on and 2
about a month ago i switched training five days a week rather than training mon wed fri
whats better
i hit bis on mon
back on tues
chest on wed
tris on thurs
legs and shoulders on fri
sat and sun off
should i switch it up to
bis on mon
back on tues
chest on wed
off on thurs
tris on fri
legs and shoulders on sat
off on sun

try it out and see what happens. for myself, that would lead to tendinitis in a few weeks. might be excellent for you though. give it 4 or 5 weeks and then recalibrate if you have to. good luck.

Its all about what works for you. I am training 5 on 2 off right now because it is my only option with work. It isnt my prefered training method but I dont see a bit difference in gains or anything. Fact is your body works on hmeostasis, if you do anything long enough it will get used it it, so dont worry too much man.
My split:
Monday: Quads/hams
Tuesday: Bis/tris
Wednesday: Delts/calves
Thursday: Back/traps
Friday: Pecs/calves
