and with these it was 4 sets of 25 reps comfy weight.
but my question is. is it best (in my looking condition) to be loseing weight first then go onto bulking or bulk bulk bulk then go onto a cut to lose the fat? once again thanks for looking anything that is replied will be used again thanks

    hi there
for me, you need to lose the fat first, luckily being a beginner you will enjoy some gains in both directions, muscle gain and fat loss. neither of the two will be spectacular until you split to bulk and cutting regimes. for now i would look at diet, which you need to put up in the diet forum (write what you eat at what times) and include cardio
continue with weights, eat clean and see where you go. assess along the way and make changes to suit

25 reps per set isnt really going to do a lot for decent gains, rep range should ideally be, for now a clean 8-10 per set

cardio on off days and possibly after weights

diet is key here more than what you do in the gym

If that is currently your condition, I would not be bulking.

Eat clean, don't try to add any extra calories. As a beginner you could stand to do some cardio at least 3 days a week, preferably more. You'll lose the fat but still increase strength and LBM.
