    working five days verses 3 days

    Right now im training 5 days a week, i switched it up about a month ago,
    i was training 3 days a week.

    Alot of people say 5 days is too much, what do u think?

    My routine looked like this
    mon-bis
    tues- cardio in mourning back in afternoon
    wed-chest
    thurs-cardio in mourning legs in afternoon
    fri-tris and shoulders
    sat- off
    sun-off

    im thinking about goin back to
    mon back bis
    tues cardio in mourning then chest tris
    wed abs
    thurs shoulders
    fri legs
    sat off
    sun off

    what's that sound like, i think it sounds a little better than what i was doin, plus maybe the switchup will do me good any comments

    I could never do shoulders two days after chest man.

    How bout this

    M- Chest and tris
    T- abs and cardio
    W- Back and Bis
    Th-Cardio am then Legs pm
    F- Shoulders, traps, abs
    S-off
    S-off

    i think ill switch legs to thurs and move shoulders and traps to fri
