Morning after leg day question
I do legs on Tues and usually do cardio on my day off on wednsday using the eliptical machine. But this morning my legs were really sore from yesterdays leg day so I skipped my cardio this morning. Would that be over training them if I would have still done my cardio?

I dont see why. Its not like you are training them again. As long as you werent doing sprints the day after I wouldn't see a problem.

How hard do you do cardio? I could almost sleep through my sessions. I only do 65% of my MHR.

I would opt for a recumbent bike for the cardio the day after legs.
You can warm the legs up a bit, stretch, then do your cardio and it will actually help w/soreness as you can push some of the lactic acid buildup out of the muscles and actually help w/recovery. (Low intensity cardio not HIIT stuff)
