Squatting w/ a hard-on increases muscle mass and test count
I laughed when I first heard this the other day, but it really works!! Some of the old pro's used to utilize this tactic for rapid muscle growth. It's actually quite simple, just hit up the bathroom at your gym and beat off for a few. Just before the point of orgasm stop, and then go do your heaviest set of squats. It may be embarrasing when you do your next set with a pitched tent, but who'll have the last laugh when your big and strong and everybody else is lagging because they've failed to practice this technique? Reports of muscle mass increases by 5-10 lbs in 2 short weeks is not uncommon

but i thought it was a commonly accepted fact that squats and deadlifts send gh and test levels through the roof, so it would make sense to get random hard ons. leg day im too tired to think about sex, but i am extremely horny after back day.

i never thought about how physically aggressive i get after my leg day. my girl knows that friday's are nasty. she always tells me to have a great leg day workout. hahah now i see it isn't uncommon. and i may have to try teh whole wack it/squat thing. but the chick who works in the athletes weight room here at school is pretty effing hot. maybe she could help me out?
