aight here's the thing. i'm an endo-meso type base on the online questionnare thing. i have always thought that i was a pure endo because when i was a kid, i was really fat. last year was the first time that i actually lost a lot of weight and started taking my health seriously. but my question is, how is the training program for an endo? i have been reading a lot of different training routine a lot of people say go with 10-12 reps but i was always thought to lift heavy about 4-6 reps. 4-6 reps is what i am currently doing. i even read the arnold schwarzeneger encyclopeida thing he said that endo needs to do 8-12 reps. if the 8-12 reps rules is true, i think i will be switching routine but i wanna know which is the right routine for me though. what's your take on this?
