    Question Need some advice.

    Hey guy's and gal's.

    I used to train alot, and i stopped a few months back because of a few things in my life, and in that time, i have put on alot of weight, and not the good kind!!!

    So anyway, i need to strip down.

    i was talking to some friends and they recommend this training guide to strip me down.

    in the morning before breakfast, take 1 efrogin, 1 asprin and a black coffee, then go for a jog,

    also while doing this take a combo of winstrol and clenbuterol .

    of course while doing this eaying correctly and doing other training inbetween but i was wondering if any1 else could give me an insight into anything else i could do

    That's a training guide?

    I don't see a reason to use AAS at all being that you just got back into it and are out of shape. That will do nothing for you.

    1) Get your diet in order for training/non training days.
    2) Cardio for fat loss, not running.
    3) A solidified workout schedule.
    4) Do the above for 3-4 months before you introduce anything else.

    Seems like you have all kinds of drugs placed first, and the diet and "other types of training in between" as you said, dead last.

    Thank's mate, iv never had to strip down before, rather always trying to bulk up

    Yeah get your butt back in the gym and start eating right.Dont take anything till you're traing consistently and have everything down packed.
