    No Weights?? What do I do...

    I just found out they're going to close the only gym in my little bum f*cc town. Does anyone know any good workouts that I can do until I get enough money to buy my own?? I live on a farm, I usually do my pull-ups hanging from the barn(sounds crazy but no sh*t). I got logs like worlds strongest man comps to do curls with(not that big).Anyone help I don't want to love my size I've put on...

    You can always do bench dips, push ups, incline push ups, and all kinds of lifts using farm equipment. I've used a car battery for one arm rows and tricep extensions, and a really heavy table for military press before.

    To work my chest and shoulders I like to do push ups from many angles. Start by putting your feet up on a table. Also, I love to do a handstand and balance myself against the wall with my feet in the air. Its like doing push ups from a handstand. Go all the way down and touch your head and then push yourself back up! My record is 23. Good luck!

    For the time being bodyweight squats, lungs, push ups, pull ups and get some resitance bands.

    Til you find another gym.

    Try and work out a deal with the gym to buy their weights cheap. I lived in a small town and they sold a gym and a TON of weights literally lol Very cheap.

    Im thinking
    squats - with a cow strapped to your back.

    Tricep pushdowns - using the cows udders, you get milk at the same time

    Good thinking Beast. Just be carefull you make sure its a cow and not a bull you're milking for those tricept pushdowns. . .

    if its a bull superset the pushdowns with some very fast walking lunges.
