dumbell press , barbell press behind neck, lateral raises. front rows and shrugs.work hard and heavy. I do four excercises and do four sets of each. Dont overtrain as shoulders get worked all the time on your other excercise days. alternate different excercises every week. stick to compound stuff and leave all the fancy cable work ect for when your happy with the size of your shoulders and you want to etch some detail.

Doing your lateral raises on a incline will give your medial delts continuous tension throughout the entire range of motion.
Standing laterals offer almost no resistance at the beginning of the exercise. While lying laterals offer little resistance at the top of the movement. Incline is a great hybrid between both without their weak points.

I love the military presses when im sitting down. My shoulders probably look the best out of any other muscle on my body.

This is good to know. Do you guys think its possible to make this weak point a strong point or are the shoulders 90% genetic and 10% whatever you put into it?

i would say, work them hard and fast. LET THEM REST. just a couple of exercises should do the trick. every once in a while.... have a shoulder day and blow teh hell out of them, 3 days after chest.
