    ANY 1 tried a Power,Rep Range, Shock routine?

    Just wondering, looks interesting and Imight try it.

    3 weeks each cycle for 9 weeks.

    I'm sure it will work for a while. It involves all of the basic principals and more important, keeps your workouts changing.
