Training for Climbing -- Leg Strength?
First post in a long time. Anyway, I've kind of been going away from the "get big" style of training and more into functional strength. I still have a volume day for my chest and arms, but other than that I have been trying to train solely for strength in my core, back, shoulders, and legs. Can anybody reccomend a good workout routine for building strength, especially leg, back, and core strength for climbing.
Look forward to the responses,
Steve

I would think that altering your sets and reps and push-pull timing would all help and if you adjust them would work fine. iknow you're probably looking for something specific...maybe iron man's hiit program...but i think that's more for muscle size/volume. bodyforlife would be all around functional strength.
