    Size while supersetting

This is prolly a really noobish questions but lately i've changed from heavy lifting to super sets and I freaking LOVE super sets!! Now, as long as my diet stays in check like it has always been, will I lose any size?

you are taxing the muscle by doing super sets but increasing the load is also what helps muscle growth,so id do em for a while then drop back into your normal routine for a while.

WIll you lose size? No, as long as the diet stays in check you should grow...Supersets are a great way to force blood into the muscle and clear the way for new muscle fibers!!! Once your body gets used to something though, thats when you stop growing, so no matter what, you need to switch it up at some point!

I agree with the above. The human body is great at adapting, including adapting to your workouts. Throwing in some supersets/dropsets/ect to your workouts will help. I couldn't do it all the time because it would fry my CNS in about 15 min, but I throw them in every now and again to swithc things up, or burn the muscles out.

Ill say this much, Go heavy early in the lift for about 5 sets of whatever ur doing, and do supersets at the end, its a PHENOMINAL way to FINISH any muscle group, IMO, Same goes for Drop sets!!

i use supersets alot and i always do them using oposing muscle groups, chest + back, bi's + tri's and quads + hams. i love 'em. the only drop sets i do on a regular basis is curls usually hammers at the end of hitting my bi's and it really torches them.

im 6'0 ft weigh around 225-230 depending on how much water i drink... i really never went for a max bench but i can do 405 5-6 times. i never measured myself so i dont know, i always look at other guys and try to compare myself to them, i always feel so small next to them even though i out weigh them and stronger than them...

jesus 405 5-6 times! you're one strong guy runakid!.
As for the poster, I usually do this every other month or so. After benching till failure ill drop down and pump out push ups until i cant do anymore towards the end of my work out and it feels great. try your supersets and tell us how it works out for ya. im curious.

thanks for the confidence bros, but you know when work out sometimes it feels like your not doing enough, so your doing all these excerise's. i will try the push-up thing, i come along way from 155 lbs weakling but when i look into the mirror thats what i still see... here's a pic of me at the beach this year... when i lookat this pic i still see 155
