    arnie biceps workout

    can anyone tell me where i can get the support thing arnie has when he did his biceps to keep his arms still!! i can maintain my arms to keep still but i think this could help more.

    i got one at play it again sports, try some sporting good shops...sports authority, big 5 and whatever else you have in the area
