    Trying to gain some size..

    Am I more likely to gain some size working each muscle group once a week, or train them 3 times a week with a less strenuous workout. It just gets me bummed out having to wait so damn long to work my chest out I feel like a day after the soreness goes away I should be back working it out.

    everyones body is diff you must try diff strategies to see what works best for you....depending on trainging experience i would go once a week for most body parts...

    I would recommend training hard once per week for each body part. Put your weakest parts at the begining of the week. Train hard, eat well, get rest, and you will grow. Training lighter 3 times a week will give you good conditioning, but will not likely put on too much mass especially if you are training naturally. Just my 2 cents.

    ya im with bigjames, if it size you want you 3 days a week is going to be the exact opposite of what you want. go once a week, and you have to kill your muslces when you do make sure your veins are bursting from your head. and not because your doing lots of reps, you dont want lots of reps you just want weight.

    -Lift big, get big. Lift bigger, get bigger.

    I have experimented with many types of training, I tend to gain MUCH more working m muslces more then once a week(3 times is prob alittle to much for most) Look at the top sticky, they have tons of workout routines that all work, i have found the IRON MAN HIT one of the best for size/,mass gains, and im sure most wil agree, its a tough workout though. gotta go 100 percent every lift

    I think ill do what im doing now then it should work, My main lacking feature is my chest, I will kill it on Mondays and then do a light life high reps on Fridays. And see how it works..
