Finding a good work out journal/log
Im not sure if this is the correct forum but anyway.....
I was wondering if anyone knows of a site or if anyone has a decent printable lifting journal/log. I could make one myself but im not really sure what all I need to include. I want to track my progress, gains, measurements, etc. I'd also like to maybe put together a 12 week routine to follow in this log, that I pick my exercises. If anyone could help with what a GOOD journal needs to include please lend a hand or point me in the right direction.
Oh forgot to add...I'm pretty picky about neatness and organization. I'd like something organized and easy to refer to when needed. Hell I could just get a notepad and basically write notes but I want something better than that. It helps with motivation when it's laid out nice and neat.
Thanks fellaz

I like Money Ledgers. They have plenty of columns with different widths that you can label. They usually come in a hardcover - which pays off big time after you have sweat-on and beatin' it with dumbells for several months. Check any office supply store for them.
