Sauna after workout?
Does Sitting in the sauna really help to reduce water weight in your body? Or do you just regain the water back after a day or two?

Any weight loss occurring in saunas or steam baths is fluid loss. These fluids will be replaced and the weight will come back.

It's essential - it's why people preparing for shows can't stay water depleted for too long

What Mizfit said is correct. The sauna is an excellent way to warm up before you lift and the steam is great after. Just make sure to get plenty of water back into you body.

I heard that your body will actually retain more salt and water when you use the sauna regularly.
