How old was You When you Started Training?
Heyup lads, just wondering how old everybody was when they started Training? You guys may see this thread as Pointless but not much discussion going on today

I started working out seriously when I was 22. 18 years going strong.

I was 12 when I learned what a d-bell is, I was 18 when I first picked it up... 19 when started to learn on how to use it...now I am 24 and still learning how to use it better.

Started on and off since 17, But really got serious at 22 and started cycling at 25. Now I'm 29

I was more into circuit training in my teens and moved up to weight training in my mid 20's. I did my first cycle in my mid 30's. I have only done a few cycles since but hope to do more. I am the same age as Kale and hope to sensibly train and cycle well into my 70's!!

I started on the multi-gym at 14, hit the gym properly at 15 ... now at 22 still hitting the gym as much as i can, it's addictive :-D

started at 14........got proper form and diet in check at 21........now 21

I started in 1979 and have dabbled in it ever since. Lokking back i was always concerned about what i was doing but now the research is very clear annd the only regret i have is that i had doubts.
