is this a good back routine?
hey guys iam having some difficulties in choosing right excersises and switching between them so could you plz help me?
today iam gonna do this
wide pull ups 4 sets 10
barbell rows 4 sets 10
one arm dumbell rows 3 10
close grip pull down 3 10
deadlift 3 10
is this too much btw iam bulking.

do less than 16 sets.

and if your trying to put on mass dont do 3 set of 10, try something like
a set of 12 then 8-10 then a heavy ass set 4-6 and go to failure.
do 3-4 sets of that rep sceme go heavy

that looks good to me other than i would go with only 2 sets for each movement because that sure is alot of volume and i would subtitute low pulley rows for either db rows or bb rows and just do one of them.
