Ok this is sort of long I guess......

I quit smoking 14 days and started running again, and I SUCK at long distances, My max is 4-5 miles and Im fvcking tired and out of breath....

I know smoking had alot to do with this, I already got a power lung sport which supposdly increases lung preformance and with quitting smoking this should help since the muscles which Im using are type 1, slow twitch which are aerobic ?

My ultimate goal is to be able to run 10 miles, 8 min pace constant.

I already have the routine for this goal, since Im doing about 2 more hours of working out right after the running....

Other than just train, use the powerlung sport, keep a good diet, rest, etc........

IS there any other training method or anything you can think of that can help?
