sore body increase my strength to workout!
hey fellows, I have got some mild situation here. it seems like I will only work out extra harder if I'm only sore. but when I'm not sore any more, it seems like my motivation is being turn off. is that a plateau or what? if not how do I keep going after I'm not sore any more? Any tips?

i believe u just have to be more motivated...when i'm not motivated at the gym, i just do some compound movements like some deadlifts or squats, gets all my blood pumping then i'm ready!!!

hey thanks matt,
it is really weird to force urself to workout when u don't have motivattion. do u know/or heard of supplement that suppose to get u going? is that what creatine does to people sometimes? what about herbals like nikoba (never mind the spelling but smthing close to that)? Any one with feedback, I will really appreciate it..
