    new to the fitness forum

    Hello all,
I am new to the fitness forum and I have am getting active in the workout questions portion and diet questions portion. I am actually in week 5 of my 13 week cycle and I have cycled once before around this time last year.

    CURRENT STATS:
    6'0"
    190 lbs.
between 8-10% bf (will post pictures in the member's pictures forum to get a better idea)
goals: gain strength and size (stamina and speed would be a plus also)
I am one of those guys who is stronger than I look as I have a lean build but can still put up some weight for my size.

I am looking for feedback on my split and next I will post exercises, weights, and sets/reps (I keep a journal so this will be easy and accurate)
    MON: chest, biceps, abs
TUES: shoulders, upper traps (just shrugs and cleans), neck
    WED: back(incl. lower back), triceps
THURS: lats, flies, forearms, calves, abs
    FRIff
    SATff
    SUN: legs (hams, quads, calves)

I am sure it needs a bit of reorganizing and am open to all feedback. If

You will hear lots of suggestions as there are so many different splits around here that differnet people do, the one that works for me is as follows:

    MON: Chest/Tris
    TUE: Quads/Abs
    WED: Rest
    THU: Back/Biceps
    FRI: Shoulders/Lower Back & Hamstrings
    SAT: HIIT
    SUN: Off

That was my routine anyways before I became a wheelchair user... Not sure what my new routine will be yet once I am done with Physical Therapy (currently 3x a week) but I got a few months easily before I'm done with that.
