On DC training, how long do I

stay static in my gains before I move to another workout, I have been on this for 4 weeks and have seen some nice strength gains and about 4 pounds in weight, not bad for me. I am on a bulking diet eating about 6-7 meals a day. Anyway when do I know it is time to move on as I know this can not go on forever. My goal is to try and gain a pound a week until the new year which is about 9 more pounds as I see it.

I started doing DC about 3 years ago when it first hit this board. I personally love it to shock my muscles into some serious growth but I gotta tell ya it wears me out too damn fast.
