please critique my workout..
I am 19 years old. I weigh 221 lbs. with 13% bf. I am going to compete in an amateur 19 and under show on march 31st. I am currently going to bulk until mid january. here is my current workout.
Every set is one warm up and then 3 sets descending 15,10,5 inscreasing in weight.
Day 1:
Incline BB
Flat DBell Bench
Flat Flye
Push-ups til failure
Day 2:
Deadlift
Bent BB Row
Close Grip Lat Pull
Barbell Curl
Day 3:
Standing BB Shoulder Press
BB Shrug
Dbell Shrug
One arm Side Raise
Day 4:
two warm up sets of leg extensions
Squat
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Stiff Legged Deads
Calves
Day 5:
DBell Skulls
Dips
DBell Curl
E-Z Bar Preacher Curl
I hit abs every other day and do light cardio 2 days a week. I am sure I will be back on here to get ideas for cutting it all, but right now all i wanna do is bulk for the next two months. I would love to gain 10-15lbs in those two months. if anyone has any ideas for my next routine (ill change it up in 3 weeks), that would be great. thanks for your time.
