What the *u@k?
What the *u@k do you have to do to get your workout critiqued?
I've had this posted for a while and no feedback.
Please Critique This Workout.
Is it perfect or something?
There seem to be a lot of users of this board that a very quick to shoot newbies down with "Didn't you use the search...........dick head" or "How can we possibly answer your stupid question when you haven't given us your inside leg measurement" etc..........
Give me some help guys, in three weeks im dedicating 4 months to bulking and want to make sure I've got the workout right.
Would really appreciate your feedback.

probably because workouts are very difficult to critque. When critiqing diet or cycle there are quite a few common errors which are easy to see but this is not the case with workout.
For example if Arnold Swarzneggger (sorry about the spelling) posted his cycle for critique then i might write:
"you are over training big time, all those sets will not work, staying in the gym for hours will not work, you will not grow ect ect"
However the fact is that Arnold did grow.
Workouts are very personal. You need to experiment and see what works for you, everyone is different. The only advice i would give on workout is that its good to change excercises reguraly so you don't fall into a rut.
The bottom line is - if it works for you then its a good workout.
Good luck.

Perfect beast
I greatly appreciate your feedback. I had had thoughts along those lines.
You are a good mentor and I appreciate your time.
Tripple X, that's just the sort of *uck3d up attitude I was talking about. It is a complete waste of time being negative and telling me my back workout sucks without putting down pointers about how to improve it. Did you ever used to watch the MUPPET show?
Narkissos, Bump!
Notorious, RESPECT.
Thanks for some feedback at last, look forward to some more.

I think your program looks good overall. The basic concept is to stimulate muscle growth with high intensity workloads of 80% of 1rm and i think your pretty well in that range. Remember intensity not volume stimulates maximum muscle growth. No matter what someone's personally opinion is on the matter. the scientific literature continually shows that intensity and not high volume is key to max growth.

I new that test can convert to estrogen and give you tits, but I didn't realise it could actually make you have a period.
Blah blah blah, blah blah.
Thanks for all the good feedback guys.
