    hip joint pain squating

    has this happened to any one else everytime i squat, I raise back up and my hip joints hurt. The left more than the right? what could cause that?

    I find I get hip pain when I squat very wide... for me, I have always had loose joints and I suspect there is a structural problem in the hip joint itself. If I narrow my stance even a bit it is fine...

    So... have you tried varing width stances?

    kinda it seems that it hurts less when i bring my knees closer togather when i come up I will try norrowing my stance thanks alot
    does it affect your deadlift as well?

    I'm not sure but if you lift Sumo I can see it being the same. My deadlift stance is sholder width and so I don't experience the same problem.
