    Am I overtraining?

    My question is, am I overtraining with my current workout routine? I feel like a 3 day split is too little but im scared that a 6 day routine might be too much.

    I am currently working out 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on. In other words, 6 days a week.

    Is this too much?

    you are the only one who can say for sure if you are over training. some symptoms of over training are sleeplessness, constant fatigue, doing less weight or reps during your workout, getting sick easily, or feeling like your muscles havnt fully recovered between workouts.

    also post your weekly workout schedule so we can help you better

    if you are hitting each muscle twice a week then i would say you are probably over training

    can you post your training... it will be much easier to give advice once we know what you are doing in those 6 days.
