Whats up family, I'm new to the site but not to the gym. 22 years of lifting, 5-8 225lbs 20-21%bf. Im just starting a new cycle of test400 and nandolone 400 once per week. I have good size, big chest, arms, traps,legs. My side and rear Delts are lagging behind the rest of the group. Since I just started my cycle 3 weeks ago I figured now would be a perfect time to pound my delts. I need some advice on a delt killing workout. any input is much appreciated.............Thanks
