    overtraining?

i need some feedback on my chest routine, i currently do 3 sets flat bench press followed by 3 sets incline and the same decline, then i do 3 sets close grip bench for tris and then 3 sets skull crushers, i weigh 160 at 6 ft 3, is this to many sets for my goal of gaining mass, im hoping to hit 170 by september 07. yeah

I wouldn't say its overtraining, but i think 3 presses is a little pointless. How about alternating incline/decline and adding a fly movement instead?

I agree, lose the decline press and focus more on incline exercises for chest mass. Also consider pullovers and try some dips leaning forward to get chest and tri's in.
