    how is my back work out

    4 sets heavy barbell rows

    4 sets strict wide grip cable pull downs

    3 sets reverse grip wide cable row

    3 sets close grip cable pull down (small attachment with palms facing in)

    6 sets standing cable rear delt reverse flies


    i usually only do one pull down, the rest are various rowing excersizes...will 2 pull downs help the lats any more?

    What are you looking for here, you need to me more specific if your looking for good answers, are you looking for thickness, width, lower back development?
