sleep to meal ratio
hi, i dont know if this is exactly in the correct forum but here goes anyway.
i know everyone says the key to gaining weight/mass is to eat at least 6 meals a day and sleep about 6-8 hours a night as well as doin the work in the gym but is this the best possible way of doin it. i mean theoretically if you had no other commitments in the day and your life was just dedicated to it, would it be better to have more sleep( as you wouldnt need extra food to get you through your normal day) or is it better to try and eat more. also when would be the idea time to train in this scenario.

Well I work at home so when I am not eating, sleeping, or at the gym, I am sitting on my ass at the computer.
Eating 6 meals ed and sleeping 10 hours a night has aided in my +35lbs gained this year. I think I'll stick with the tried and true.
