    PCT giving Deads a break...

I deadlift every week and have felt that my bodyweight is decreasing for some reason and I was in need of a jump start on my deads. I've also heard the overtraining is VERY easily done during pct, so my thinking was to give deads a break for 1 week. Is this a bad idea? Can I still get in a solid mass producing back routine and hold off a weak on heavy deads? I usually do about 6-7 sets including warmups.....should I do a warmup and 1 set of 8 or jsut nix it completely? Or go even higher rep?

    Tbar corner rows
    high rep dbell rows
    lat pulls
    pullovers and hypers?

Can you assist with a solid back/bi routine? From your ol school book before HIT

Just line up different movements in conjunction with each other.
    Ex:
Lat pulls for 3sets, BB rows for 3sets into Hammer Strength High rows.
This should be enough for back if the intensity is right.
After that Bi's have been preexhausted so it should only take a few sets to finish them off.

Your form and intensity is key.. the majority of ppl just pull or lift the weight without truely working the muscle, that's the difference between getting a good workout with minimal sets and needing 15sets/bodypart to get a good session.

Ex. I did 6sets for back yesterday and 2sets for bi's and I'm pretty damn sore.

2 quickies...much appreciated....no hammar machine, what could I use? AND do you feel dbell rows are just as solid as barbell for a switch?

Whole routine is what, 40 minutes max?
