Need workout for girlfriend
Can any of you give me a workout for my girlfriend. She is 145 5'8. Runs 2miles 5 days a week and lifts here and there. She wants to get harder and down to 120. I have no idea how women should lift. All I tell her is more cardio...???? Please any help. Thank you so much for your time.

Good 45 min love making session is always good.
Also, I am trainig a girl right now:
Shes 5`8 at 135. Shes doing 30 min cardio everyday.
The exercises I tell her to do are here:
Day 1: 1 Chest exercise, 1 triceps exercise, 1 shoulder exercise, Cardio
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: 1 back exercise, 1 biceps exercise, Cardio
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Leg extensions, Leg curls, Leg press or leg squat
Day 6: Abs
Day 7: OFF
She is fine with it, obviosuly You have to see how Your gf reacts and adjust the weight.

Thanks. I 'm thinking more cardio at this time because she tends to put on muscle on. So i am thinking a full body workout two times a week(fast past...high reps) with her doing cardo on all days but kicking on no lift days. Maybe getting her milage up. Any help or coments??
