    yoga?

Ive tried yoga few times and everyt ime i do it i dont get too sore but moderately sore in some muscles. For example my glutes and chet and shoulders feel like they have been worked the next day after a sessions. My question is if i were to work legs or chest after a yoga session will i be leaving my self prone to overtraining, or this a different type of sore i am feeling. tHanks
I have always heard yoga is for recovery by the way so this confuses me a little hope someone can help me

Yup, I'd say a different kind of sore.

Tried holding a straight arm out at shoulder height for 10 mins vs. sore from doing 6 heavy reps of front dumbell raises.

    Strength vs endurance.
