Can someone critique my mass routine

I have taken a week off and I am packed with food ready to roll into bulking for about 6 weeks. I have overtrained alot in the past and worked this routine up. My diet is all in order, I would just like some opinions on the routine.

1 on, 1 off routine for 6 weeks

    day 1- Back Squat 2 sets x 6-8
    Flat Bench Press 2 x 6-8
    Behind Neck Press 2 x 6-8
    Nose Crunchers 2 x 6-8

    Day 2 - Off

    Day 3- Deadlift 2 x 6-8
    BB Row 2 x 6-8
    Wide Grip Pulldown 1 x 6-8
    BB Curl 2 x 6-8

    Day 4 -Off

    Repeat

Preaty much the same workout and increase weight every workout. What do you think? I do not include calves becuase on off days I walk 30 minutes with a 40 pound backpack on and it seems that is enough for my calves.

I think that would be overtraining. You would be doing every muscle twice a week. I stick with MWF. So I have Bench, Dead, Squat on different days as I could not do them on the same day effectively.

    I would do:

    Mon Chest tri's
    BB Bench
    Inc Bench
    Inc Flies
    Dips
    CGBP
    Rope

    Wed Back bi's
    Dead
    Wide pullups
    Bent over rows BB
    Stright bar curls
    inc curls
    hammers

    Fri Legs shoulders.
    Squats
    Leg exten
    leg curls
    Lateral raises
    bb press

I stick to basic compounds for the most part and rotate other exeercises in and out.

What do you think about that routine but 1 on, 1 off. So I would never get 2 days off. I hate having 2 days in a row off.

If you were going to do it I would move shoulders to chest/tri day or they will get overtrained fast. Two days off is great though.
