run or walk for cardio
im wantin to get the cutt look so i need to add in cardio for 45 minutes i understand that part
but what does everyone do run jog walk WHAT im lost on that part

Walk on inclined Treadmill ...
Find ur fat burning hr by doing
220-AGE x 65%or 75%
and keep ur hr in there

ight have u gotten good results doin this........ive always ran lost pounds fast but i think it was muscle so dont want that haha

ME for cardio...
40 min at 12-14 incline at about 4.... thats pretty fast tbh honest... i recenlty dropped to 12 and 3.5 max shin splints are brutal
I usually do the stairmaster i got Shreeded on the stair master... its optimal for fat loss imo
