    Which is better

    i cant decide whether to workout my arms together or do bi/back and tri/chest

    which routine seems better
    mon-arms
    tues-rest
    wed- legs, shoulders
    thurs-back,forearms
    fri-rest
    sat-chest,abs
    sun-rest
    or
    mon-back,biceps
    tues-rest
    wed-legs
    thurs-chest, triceps
    fri-rest
    sat-shoulders
    sun-rest
    i am looking to build size trying to bulk just looking for opinions

    Neither:

    Your back and leg days are two close together, If you plan on deadlifting and squatting.(if not shame on you.)

    Plus on the first split you do shoulders only one day after shoulders which isnt a huge deal but your tris are getting hit twice in each session.

    If truly your serious about increasing your size then i would suggest

    Mon: Quads and calves
    Tue: Off including basketball
    Wens:Chest and Tris
    Thur: Off or Basketball
    Fri: Back, Hams, and Calves
    Sat: Shoulders, Bis, and Forearms
    Sun:Off.

    This way you get plenty of recovery time. In your other post you said you like to play ball and to be honest it will be tough to gain size and play, youll need that many days off, probably more and diet will be very important.

    yea i think im gone to lay off the ball at least till april or may im just going to try and bulk as much as possible during winter i think i might try the second routine for a few weeks just to see if it works if it doesnt then i might try something different thanks for the advice
