Need Serious Advice
Ok heres my problem....Im 19 and have taken about 1 1/2 of years off from lifting. I used to lift alot in jr high and high school for football and was very strong for my age. I got a little burnt out on sports and decided to take it easy for a while. i still stayed very active having my own construction business. I havnt lossed any definition but when i go to the weight room now it seems like i have no endurance at all. After the first set im pretty much done i dont understand why, this has never happened to me before. I also loose my pump shorty afterward. The first week or so i was sore but now it seems like my muscles just give up and im never sore. I give it all i can liftin i dont know what do.
Any advice on how to get over this hump and get back to how i was.
I should also mention that im a mesomorph body type and building muscle and definition as never been a problem for me.
Until now!!!

Hows your diet? If you are not eating right this could effect the way you feel at the gym. do you take any multi vitamins? This could help with some nutrition you may not be getting. JMO though since I really don't know ya.
