    my friends workout

i'm just posting a friends workout.... to me he is an example of how some people just over train (but wierdly for him it works)..

    days 1-3-5
    Bench 10sets 10 reps a peice of 315lbs
bent over rows 5sets of 10
dips 3 sets however many he can do
pull-ups 2 sets however many he can do

    day 2 4
    bench 10sets of 20reps with 225lbs

he's 5'9'' 220lbs 37 years old .. never taken the first supplement, never done steriods , and his diet is whatever his wife cooks nothing more or less...

his max is 455lb on bench
and he can rep 225lb 57times (and probably could have gotten 5more but his ego stopped him because he didn't want people to see him get stuck)

ya his legs are a weak link, he isn't weak in them, he just doesnt work them out..

He is a prison guard (like myself) . . and i will say one of the ones u really want on your side.

i will say because of his just natural upper body strength, if somebody could have gotten a hold of him ten years ago and actually taught him how to work out and how to use supplements. i really think he would have broken records in raw bench
