What is the window for AM cardio.
I realize doing it right off the bat is optimal, but I get up at 0530h and do cardio first thing at work which is around 0730h.
I eat right away at 0530h but want to capitalize on cardio on an empty stomach.
Is being in a catabolic state for aprox 2hrs before cardio too long?

why dont you eat after the workout instead?
